General Instructions

To make the most of your Family Fun Escape Room adventure, please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Each room is designed for groups, so we encourage families to participate together. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Listen carefully to the game master’s briefing before your session begins, as it will include important rules and tips. During the game, communicate with your teammates, think creatively, and don’t be afraid to ask for hints if needed. Phones and photography are not allowed inside the rooms to maintain the integrity of the experience. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy solving the mystery together!

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
