Arrive at Disappear Escape Room 15 minutes before your scheduled game to allow time for check-in and to store all personal items in the lockers provided. Phones, bags, and electronics must be put away to preserve the immersive nature of the experience. A game guide will offer an overview before you begin. Once inside the room, immerse yourself in the setting, follow the story, and use observation and reasoning to uncover hidden paths. Stay focused, communicate clearly, and enjoy the twists and turns that await.

  • Arrive Early

    Reach 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, briefing, and preparation.

  • Work as a Team

    Escape rooms are all about teamwork. Share clues, talk openly, and collaborate to solve puzzles.

  • Avoid Using Force

    Don’t push, pull, or break props. Everything you need is accessible without brute force.

  • Don’t Give Up Easily

    Sometimes, the hardest puzzles are the most rewarding. If you get stuck, it’s okay to take a step back and revisit with fresh eyes.

  • Respect Other Players

    If you're playing in a public escape room and there are other teams, be mindful of their space. Don't disturb their gameplay by speaking loudly or interfering.
