You were thrilled to win a private tour of Santa?s North Pole operations ? but your excitement quickly turned to concern when a mischievous elf named Slappy triggered a major system failure during the annual Reindeer Games. The North Pole Flight Command has gone offline, and Christmas Magic is rapidly fading across the globe.

You and your team have just 60 minutes to step in, repair the systems, and restore order before the holiday spirit disappears for good.

Operation Jingle Bells is a festive escape room adventure set inside the North Pole?s high-tech nerve center. With interactive puzzles, magical tech, and plenty of surprises, this game is packed with holiday cheer and built specifically with larger groups in mind. Whether you?re planning a family outing, a group event, or just love holiday fun, this whimsical challenge will leave you smiling all the way back to your sleigh.

Note: While Operation Jingle Bells is set at the North Pole and filled with holiday cheer and whimsy, this is a full-scale escape room experience ? not a kids? game or seasonal pop-up.

Just like our other games, it features custom-built sets, immersive puzzles, high tech magic, and layered challenges designed for adults and families playing together.

ClueIQ's. Masterful....

We just did Blitzkreig and have previously done Crane Manor, Excalibur, and Operation Jingle Bells at ClueIQ Frederick. The game masters were awesome and the escape rooms are so wonderfully crafted. I would highly recommend this Escape room experience! Just a wonderful time had by all!

Operation Jingle Bel...

The staff was wonderful. This was our first escape room experience as a family and we had a great time! We finished Operation Jingle Bells in the nick of time. It was challenging enough to be fun without being overly difficult. We absolutely plan on coming back to try and escape from another room!

Crane Manor's. Unfor...

I've played over 200 escape rooms and these rooms were a breath of fresh air. My wife and I played Crane Manor, Operation Jingle Bells, Excalibur and Blitzkrieg. They were all excellent, with our favorite easily being Crane Manor. These games were clean with unique props and puzzle presentations that felt new and exciting. They really pay attention to small details that add a ton to the overall experience. I cannot express enough how smooth these games felt. No wasted space or useless props. They did an amazing job at filling the space with immersive elements and content that had you exploring and appreciating the entire space. We'll definitely be back to see what they come up with next!

Jingle Bells' Festiv...

First time visiting Clue IQ and had a blast with Operation Jingle Bells. The puzzles were challenging but fun. Loved the light effects and the way the room was decorated.

Lisa's. Festive. Fin...

What a great time. My family and I completed operation jingle bells. It was such a cute well themed room. Our clue master Lisa was great. Such a sweet personality. Definitely recommend this place.
